Dear Mr. Michalka:

I am writing to express my satisfaction with your work for the City and County of San Francisco.  Your company installed the Durolast roofing on eight of our digester floating covers.

Your company was responsive to the City’s needs to keep the digesters in operation while making the repair.  You took the necessary safety precautions to make this a safe and successful job.

The roofing system has worked well to keep the water out of the inside of the cover.  This was particularly important for the 97-98 record wet weather season, in which we have received close to 40 inches of rain. 

I also want to thank you expeditiously to resolve the end termination problems in spite of the suppliers reluctance to make good on the labor required to replace the defective caulking material provided.   It was a difficult termination problem.

From the moment I spoke to Dee at DJM Coating Services regarding my roof, I felt I was in good hands.  She scheduled an appointment for a roof evaluation.  When the team of two showed up to review my roof, I felt instantly comfortable and at ease. 

Of course, when I wanted the job done, the weather was not co-operating.  DJM Coating stated "Don't worry, we will monitor the roof until the scheduled project date", which they did and we did not have any issues.

When the weather was agreeable, the crew arrived, very professional in their approach.  They were neat and did not create a mess and kept me posted on their progress.  The new roof is beautiful.  I feel comfortable that the warranty, but mostly their work ethic will keep my roof in tip top shape for another 10 years or more.
